Motorcycle ToursLenawee County offers smooth, fun-riding roads that take you past beautiful, rolling farmland, sparkling lakes and quaint towns. When you start out in the morning, head to corner of US12 and US127, home of Town and Country Harley Davidson and the Artesian Wells Sports Tavern, both very popular riding destinations all riding season long. From there, you can travel beside Devils Lake and down into Hudson, where you can stretch your legs on the trail next to the Bean Creek and grab an ice cream cone at Bobbye’s or a beverage and dessert at Rumors. Head into Adrian and stay at one of our hotels, some of which have been newly renovated and offer complimentary breakfasts for guests. That night, head into downtown Adrian for a delicious dinner at Sauce or Hooligans Grill. Suggested night ride: Head back out Lake Hudson on M-34 for a look at the stars in Michigan’s first official Dark Sky Preserve. After breakfast the next morning, head into Tecumseh and enjoy a morning canoe or kayak ride down the River Raisin at the Tecumseh Paddling Company. You can enjoy lunch in downtown Tecumseh at Tecumseh Brewing or Basil Boys, then head down US 12 into the Irish Hills. Along the way, you can stop by Tecumseh Harley Davidson, Hidden Lake Gardens, Walker Tavern Historical Complex, or Cherry Creek Winery. With a wide variety of roads to travel, you can easily find a route that has few stops and gives you the opportunity to cruise along without interruption. There are also plenty of places to explore, stop for a snack or meal, or just stretch your legs.
