We gather monthly as a Community to practice mindfulness meditation
For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers together until now.
The vestiges of winter have been replaced with the coming of spring. The experience of releasing and letting go makes way for the birthing of a new season. Listen deeply and you will hear the groaning of Earth Mother guiding us into a new season of life. She along with so much of creation suffers from the ignorance, lack of care, abuse, greed and intolerance of those of us who walk and live upon her. Yet, she understands and calls us to see that suffering embraced is a doorway into birthing a new consciousness and greater wholeness. She does not waste her suffering complaining, and so teaches us the power of growing compassion from our personal and world suffering.
