Astronomers Star Talk, the Fall Skies

September 6 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The softly glowing band of the Milky Way stretches across the sky while the archer, Sagittarius,
chases Scorpius toward the west. The great bear, Ursa Major, sinks low in the western horizon as
the familiar “W” of Queen Cassiopeia’s chair rises in the northeast. High in the sky are the
summer triangle and the great winged horse, Pegasus. Join Astronomer Mark Fairclough as he
relates the legends of late summer and early Fall constellations.

The Robinson Planetarium is located at the eastern end of Peelle Hall on the corner of Charles
and Williams streets on the Adrian College campus.
