Visitors may take advantage of five miles of hiking trails, drive the paved roads which wind through the property or take advantage of all the special events and wonderful classes put on by MSU at the Gardens year-round!

Irish Hills Twin Towers 8424 US 12, Onsted You could once climb the stairs to the top of twin towers for a picturesque view of the Irish Hills, however, the Towers are now, unfortunately, closed to the public. The Twin Towers continue to stand as a wonderful Irish Hills landmark!

Walker Tavern Historic Site 13220 M-50, Onsted, MI 49265 517-467-4401 A historic museum site, and a Michigan State Park, featuring a Federal style farmhouse and New England barn used during the early 19th century as a stop along the Detroit-Chicago stagecoach line. The Walker Tavern Historic Site interprets Michigan’s frontier settlement and stagecoach eras during the first half of the nineteenth century. Ongoing improvements are scheduled for 2006-2007.
